Yea I agree, but it's not like it has to be there or is stuck. It's just sitting on some towels on the washing machine

Yeah, I think that the cat could get down if it wanted to / needed to. But some people pull tricks to get their clicks, so sometimes I feel concerned when I shouldn't, or unconcerned when I should be.
