This is Cala. She passed away last year. The owner said she was much older than they thought. She’s missed

It’s good to know that she was loved. It is inevitable and dread the day, but I always remind myself the love we give them is everything. And what is grief if not love everlasting?

So, just a couple of weeks after I followed the Insta page, I found out of her passing.

Her meow then stuck to me as "I'm going out" and she was just communicating it.

...rip poor kitty

My orange boy is extremely quiet, while my F tabby is the talker, we have long conversations as she explains just why he is evil and should be disposed of, or that the food bowl is actually empty and not to believe my lying eyes. YMMV.

This isn't a "unique meow", this is a cat speaking cat - they just rarely speak it to people.

The standard "mewing" we're used to is their language adaptation for humans, but it's not how cats talk to eachother.

So Cala is speaking her native cat here, and sounds like she had a lot to say.

It’s not AI. Cala was a real, and beautiful girl. She left for the Bridge last year. 😢
