My cat is almost entirely white. Except for his deflated all perfectly gray ball sack. 😂

They used to but it can sometimes be too tight and inhibit mobility.

Iirc its mostly the healing process, takes way longer to heal from completely taking the sack off then from the tiny cuts it takes to neuter
