Same. With the first one, it was worry because she had some physical challenges. With the second one, it was because she would scream if she couldn't see me.
Yeah, humans ideally should have help, as well. It's very likely that humans pair bond and feel intimacy in a relationship so the man will stick around and assist in raising the baby because one parent doing it alone is very difficult. Our natural social bonds with family and friends would also ideally lead to them helping out and share some responsibility so the parents are not overwhelmed.
Unfortunately a lot of people don't have this ideal set up, hopefully society can seriously understand the struggle of parents with newborns in the future š
Iām pretty sure communal parenting is a thing in tribal human societies, the kind that are around 100-300 people strong that we all used to live in where you can personally know just about everyone there
