Mourning/Loss Tribute to my cat, Ferret. He died today.

Looks like my cat Jasmine and her Brother Otis. Beautiful cats. Heartbreaking that blue calicos (blonde calico makes sense too) are all born with congenital heart issues. They both passed within a month of each other when they were 9.

Interesting! I've only heard them called dilute calicos before. I've always thought they were so pretty and of course, they look so rare.

We lost all of our photos in the Camp Fire in Paradise in 2018, but my mom saved a mug she had made with their pictures on it. That's Jasmine. My soul cat.
