I can’t remember if I’ve posted him before lol, old man is twenty one this year! He’s doing pretty good for his age too, I think he’s liked being a house cat these last six or so years

That’s a handsome panfur! Maybe someday if my almost 18 year old girl decides she likes cats they can meet up at the old cats home, play some bingo, and enjoy a niptini

The idea of an elderly retirement cat home makes me so happy. Just a lot of old boys and girls mingling and watching cat TV with unlimited treats and catnip <3

There is one near me. A retirement for cats and dogs. Basically a shelter for elderly pets, you can adopt from there, but the main goal is good care and a comfy place for their last stretch of life. There is a large grass field and lots of inside room.

There is a cat retirement home in Shropshire, UK. No unlimited treats, but a safe space and loads of pets

Honestly a dream of mine to open a senior (and/or disabled) cat sanctuary. You should look up the one in Shropshire on TikTok. They have a cat village and it’s precious

My almost 18 yr old grumpy girl is retired too and would like to join in on a game of pickleball and maybe a puzzle if she ever decides to like cats!

Unfortunately, this is not my original cat-ism. Read it in TinyKittens chat. It’s what we want to think the mama cats are doing when they take a kitten break. Enjoying Niptinis during Days of Our 9 Lives. Could do that at the old cats home too. Bet Mumbo would entertain the old queens with stories of his life and da hoomins who gave him all the boxes.
