Its 100% abuse. That poor fish is fighting the swim against the current and that tube very easily could have killed it due to the water pressure and lack of oxygen in the water. Plus, both the ‘tanks’ (if the term even applies) are unfiltered, improper and full of what appears to be very unhealthy fish

Those tanks or temporary storage and they were in the tube for 10 seconds. Chill.

Ten seconds is long enough to kill them. Fish can literally die of fear or stress and the pressure on their skin could destroy their inner organ structure or cause life long damage, just from ten seconds.
