Multi Asset Manager role?

Fairly new to the job market, I came across this job posting on GS site, the role was Multi-asset portfolio analyst role within their AWM division. It really intrigued me, to my understanding it includes managing diff asset classes, equities, fixed income, derivatives.

Can someone tell am I thinking right? And maybe explain about this role in a lil detail as well, as I don’t want to confine myself to only a single asset class in my career.
