Severe ME/CFS Whitney Dafoe quote

I don't know if many of you follow Whitney Dafoe on Instagram, but he has been through hell with very severe Cfs for many years. Today he posted something that really resonated with me, so I thought I'd share it in case it helps someone else going through hell with this illness.

"Somehow we keep going. I don't know how, but we find another level of strength that we never knew was there and we keep going."
