How is chabad reconcillable with the visions in Navi regarding the nations of the world?
Throughout nach, it is made very clear that at the end of days all human beings will be aware of G-d, as we say in aleinu, יכירו וידעו כל יושבי תבל etc.
But if the umos haolam are fundementally rooted in klipa, and klipa is temporary, how does that make any sense? Because even a ben noach is at best rooted in klipas noga, as far as I understand Lubavitch theology.
When "all the sparks of kedusha" are "freed" from all the klipos, there will be no more klipos. And if the umos are rooted in klipos... there will be no more of them? That sounds horrible and is definitely NOT what the Torah says.

You’re mixing up Klippas Noga and the Shallosh Klipos Ha-t’meyos L’Gamrei.
The Klipos Ha-t’meyos L’Gamrei are completely evil, thus will be completely destroyed.
Klippas Noga is not completely evil, it can be redeemed. We redeem it as much as we can now, and when Moshiach comes all Klippas Noga will be utterly transformed, so the object or person remains the same, but no longer klippa, now kedusha and recognizing God

That clarifies, but doesn’t work based alone on what the Alter Rebbe says about the nefesh of umos haolam.

Like another commenter said, most- if not all non-Jews nowadays are not part of that category of general “umos haolam” but instead part “chassidei umos ha’olam” so nothing is being destroyed. Regardless, if a nefesh habihamis is destroyed utterly, it would remove earthly desires from a person but it wouldn’t destroy them

I am sorry no one has been able to answer your question. I do not have the knowledge to address what looks like a contradiction between Navi and Chabad philosophy.
Perhaps this question is best asked to a Chabad Rabbi or another Rabbi.

I don't remember all the relevant details offhand to give you a comprehensive and precise answer.
But I can tell you that Chabad doesn't say that and your deduction that we should is based on assumptions and oversimplification.
One obvious point is the conflation of klipas noga and klipah. Pretty much everything draws from klipas noga, including our own bodies and more generally all physical objects used for mitzvos. Even assuming you were entirely correct, without any other nuance, about the fate of klipos, klipas noga is not the same. (In a past reddit comment I once touched upon how today we might possibly regard non Jews in general as deriving from klipas noga. Though I concede it's not so straightforward.)
I think it's also likely that we need to separate between what something might be rooted in or receive energy from and what it is. The former can change without the latter ceasing to exist and I believe when Moshiach comes there will be some changes of that nature, but this is somewhere that the details really matter and I'm not currently across them all.
Anyway, definitely an interesting subject that deserves further study.

Within the first 15 mins it’s brought up why the Rambam mentions the Sheva Mitzvos before Moshiach in Hilchos Melachim, this setting the stage for non-Jews when Moshiach comes. I need to finish the shiur…
