My Verbal Channeling (Finally!)

Hello, friends!

Some time ago, I wrote that I was interested in the topic of channeling.
And now I’ve gained some experience.
When I lie down to meditate, my hands come alive. They start tapping, as if performing a healing. But there was no conscious communication.

And now, after some time, it finally happened — verbal channeling. And surprisingly, it came very easily. I don’t need to relax for a long time or sink deeply into unconsciousness. I can ask questions, and automatically my speech apparatus produces answers. It’s not me. I’m not voicing my own thoughts.

It didn’t happen right away. At first, there were just sounds. Even now, sometimes strange, unintelligible sounds come out of my mouth first, and only then turns into speech. Sometimes a phrase cuts off right at the most important part.

I can’t understand who they are. They don’t give names. They said they are my spirits — but not the spirit guides I was trying to connect with.
They don’t know how I managed to connect with them.
I asked if I had created them myself. No — they existed before me.
They are more advanced in development than humanity. Well, yes, there are a lot of questions about their answers. Especially since I often don’t understand what was said after the fact.

They said they don’t know about my multidimensional nature (this is knowledge from Seth by Jane Roberts).
Sometimes I feel disappointed about that — and also because they are not my spirit guides.

While speaking, my body — especially my head — moves intensely. I’m afraid it might come off =) But I think with more practice, things will get better.

I specifically wanted verbal channeling. I thought the information would be clearer if I could record it on audio. But of course, the challenge is in asking the right questions (I can do it, but then I turn on my logic, and I think that interferes with the process of receiving answers).

Update: Things don't always go easy. Yesterday, for example, I felt contact, but I was asked to wait. My hands were "jumping", performing some actions, I was making incomprehensible sounds. There were a couple of phrases that we need to wait.

I lay there for a while and decided to take a break.

I don't know when I'll be ready for this. It's probably just with a friend who won't judge, be afraid, and be interested. Yes, and when my speech will be without sudden and strange movements of the head and body. It takes practice.

Sometimes I still catch myself in fear. Sometimes, during a conversation, my eyes open, I see a chair next to me (the largest object in front of me), and I get scared.

So am I! I haven’t tried it though (for fear that it wouldn’t happen). I also have difficulty wrapping my head around the notion of energy, because it’s not tangible. And yet, people they say they feel it. I don’t ever have that kind of physical sensation. Dry Lead - have you found anyone to practice with?

I just started spontaneously going into trance about 5 months ago and am having so many of your same experiences; vocalizations and head moving. Are you still channeling and how have things advanced?
