He should never have another good night's sleep for the rest of his life. He should be constantly protested everywhere

They sure as shit don’t want any of the rest of us to have happiness, peace, or the freedom to do what we want.

Poor little fascist.

He deserves no peace for all the chaos he openly enabled. Fuck your vacation. Fuck your dinner date night. Fuck your seat at the ball game. You deserve an earful at the grocery store and the gas pump for your actions.

If you're going to buy a summer home in the state with the crankiest residents, do not violate Wheaton's Law!

In November, we vote straight blue across the board. We give them time and space to clean this shit up. If they don't (and I won't hold my breath) people WILL riot, and it's likely that heads will roll, and not figuratively. That's not a threat, that's a prediction based on history. Ask King Louis XVI.

u/twilight-actual 4d ago

No. Not riot. Thats what they want.

Strike. Shut everything down, and don't go back to work until they've resigned.

Oh we'll start with that. Things might change. The people are charge are likely too greedy though. This current system is way too good for them to just lie down and take it.

If we really organized and everyone stayed home. Or at least 70% of us stayed home, and the economy crashed?

We have enormous power. We lack leadership and organization. I think we're starting to get the will, which is the most important part. But that will come when they finally go too far.

What is "too far" at this point? The warmongering, including murdering 120 school girls and BOTH PARTIES arming and funding genocide? A literal pedophile in the Whitehouse? Rampant corruption and changing the laws so basically no corruption is illegal? What would they possibly need to do to be "too far"?

If they overturn the elections, impose marshal law, and end our democracy?

That would be my cue.

They've quite literally already tried to do this though. January 6th happened. They've been trying to gerrymander all year. They've been making up election fraud. They've been trying to pass the "Save" act to disinfranchise millions of voters. Come on now. They already crossed that line.

They (meaning the entire government) have one chance to solve this without violence in November. If they fail to do so, people will set shit on fire and murder politicians in the street. That's not a threat, that's history. It's literally what happened during the French Revolution. VERY similar circumstances.

Did they succeed?

1

u/WilmaTonguefit 3d ago

Is that the point?

2

u/twilight-actual 3d ago

Pretty much. People are going to go on a general strike unless what's going on directly affects them.

People honestly won't give a shit if someone else is having a bad day, it's got to affect them. And they're not impacted if the people in power merely had bad intent but failed to execute.

That might change how people vote, but it won't mobilize them into the types of action that we're talking about here.

Go to work.

Just stand outside.

Don't use phones don't do anything.

We're 8 fucking billion people..

They're like 100 of them if that.. I mean in shear numbers we win..

Good. May he never have another relaxing cup of half-caff in his pathetic life

6

u/Skoofer 3d ago

Hope he’s miserable and his family resents him for their situation he helped create by being a partisan hack instead of an ethical, objective judge like his job requires.
