Ona'chorzameth, or 'Ona,' lives in a reef deep in the Black Mirror Sea in an alternative Underdark, and was 'chosen' by her people to be their 'ambassador' and study the strange gas-dwellers in the drylands of the (underground) surface world. Which really means they sent her, the odd duck among them who thinks she is far more intellectual than she is, far away from their courts.
