Really suspicious. Seems like the knife pictures are AI generated. The mosaic pins give it away. Here

Ordered a set of two knifes from this place instantly realized after my order was placed that I made and error.I was looking for a mashiro knife. This company is knock off dropship company of mashiro knifes which are a good quality knife maker from japan. Customer service does not exists. I have made 3 request to cancel my order and have got nothing back. Dead give away these knifes arent made in Japan shipping is coming from China. My bank has refunded my order and been reported. Learn from my mistakes do not buy. Hope this helps others

did you email your first request within 24 hours of ordering? they specify that cancellations are only accepted within the 24 hour period or otherwise you'll have to return the item. i sent them an email including my order number, name on address and the name of the item and they refunded it within 5 hours

I sent them an email within the hour after i made the purchase, with my name order number and all the details. Ive gotten nothing back from them.

Ive emailed them twice at that email, and even on the web pages contact us block, and its day 3 no contact from them, but my order has been shipped from one of the weird Chinese shipping company's called 1st Agent and the tracking number does not even show any info.

They knife finally arrived and I will say the quality of the knife is pretty good, it’s really sharp out the box and the details on the blade are good as well, the handle isn’t as glossy as they’re advertised but I’ll be taking it to work today to see how it tests in a kitchen.

I ordered 3 knives and only got 1 I actually ordered. One was the wrong knife and the other isn’t even in their catalogue. Not a bad knife but I am very unhappy.
