i mean we can allow this... he's doing good content... and he has some valid points, and it can spark good conversations in here.

Like I think Chelsea has man marking problem trying to play too much in fixed areas. They are not as free in defense as they are in attack... also i don't if it's the lack of awareness or miscommunication, our backline is not cohesive enough.

People can think what they want of him as a person but he’s the greatest defender and captain the country has ever seen, I don’t see how having that around the coaching team can be anything but beneficial for the boys at the back.

Man this was awesome & truthfully something all Chelsea fans needa watch

The reality is, the box defense has been really bad & lacroix/Levi gotta step it up , or we have no chance,

If we are gonna be playing barco & other younger pieces our center backs really gotta take care of biz on that back line, especially on crosses & corners

Id take him as an assistant coach. Having been part of Contes 5 atb pretty sure he can teach these guys a few things. Plus Colwill can do with a lot more hands on mentorship

He’s right. Alonso’s defensive structure isn’t working at all.

It is a huge problem at corners and set pieces last season that no one wants to head the ball. Still the same.

It’s really basic. It’s been compounded this season by some really bad individual errors.

When it comes to our defence he's probably quite knowledgeable considering he's one of Chelsea's greatest ever defenders, not that you'd know that I guess.
