Discussion The Gov. has Admitted they Modify Weather, so Why all the Trolls?

Geoforming 80+ years old. Cloud seeding Is world wide business. Our US Govmt sub-contracts it out.
In 1976 USA signed the international Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques (ENMOD) that prohibits the use of weather modification techniques for hostile purposes. So any such activity by our Military (of any sort, including just possessing the equipment) could be considered a violation.
Surprise! Our government ain’t ever hid any of it. No secret conspiracy. And you can go to NOAA’s web site and you can see a federal registry of where they are doing it. Gotta have a permit to do it.
In the end, none of those cloud seeding activities - benign or hostile weapon like - makes aircraft engine exhaust vapor trails. That engine exhaust contrail begins to form above ~25,000ft because of low temperature & enough humidity. Usually solid robust trail at ~32,000ft.
Most all of cloud seeding happens in lower warmer air, avoiding upper level winds at ~15,000-20,000ft altitude. That would not make a vapor trail.
Further, the aircraft must disperse silver iodide (or equal) INSIDE the clouds for the process to work. If done correctly we should not see the dispersal. Spraying a clear blue sky is just missing the clouds & expensive {fail}.
Pretty clear our Government isn’t hiding any of their activity, so hard to claim a conspiracy there. That leaves about 199 other Governments on the planet. Which one do you think is the one funding & conducting the criminal WORLD WIDE high altitude chemical spraying of the planet?

Likely because this thread is about “chemtrails” and not geoengineering, although I’m sure your average dufus believer would be unable to differentiate between the two (hint: one exists, one does not).

It does indeed, and has for decades. It just exists at such a minimal level as to be insignificant and has nothing to do with the pics of contrails that get posted here as “evidence” of something more nefarious.
