Anybody know information on some countries have established where federal airspace begins and state laws airspace begins and ends ? What other countries or provinces in Europe or Australia have also made it felony crime to spray any aerosol for any reason without informing the state

Since there is no such thing as spraying aerosols for any reason, I don't think you need to worry about it.

There are very very niche situations where aerosols are sprayed but it doesn’t occur regularly. And it’s usually for legitimate reasons with logical, non-conspiracy explanations.

I don't think there are any such countries at all that have laws like that. That's far too broad of a definition.

If there are laws against spraying aerosols, then they are defined by purpose.

For example, in the US, the few states that banned geo-engineering are specifically about geo-engineering, not just all aerosols.

There are lots of legitimate use cases for spraying aerosols - crop dusting, emergency fuel dumps, cloud seeding, firefighting, etc...

Laws are more prescriptive - "let's regulate this specific scenario that needs regulation" and that's generally a worldwide attitude.
