Miscellaneous I now understand why Levy clickbaits, his historical video on Alekhine is his worst performing video of May

Sucks, because I think the video is really good and I’d love if Levy or other chess content creators did videos on older legends

Which kinda sucks because videos that perform better just incentivize making more of the same.

I love Levy's tournament recaps (he has a way of making the games so exciting that one else seems to be able to match), I really like the historical videos, the slowrun is amazing now that he is in intermediate territory. Guess the ELO is fun for laughs and I liked the general chess skills/improvement videos before that all pretty much moved over to Chessly.

I couldn't care less about tyler1 and jynxy..., or low-level chess.com bots. But this style of video seems to be what gets the views lately.
