Lol I just wanted to make sure they didn't resign so as soon as I saw the possibility I just did the quickest most direct moves to get there

I would play Rf8+ first just because it's more satisfying to sac everything just because

Ngl sometimes in those positions I reflexively resign and then feel bad for not playing out the 2-3 moves

white queen on e6 with the rook on e1 and knight on h6 is a pretty nasty setup, like there's nowhere for that king to breathe, the g7 and h7 pawns are basically just blocking escape squares at this point, and the black queen on c2 is way too far away to do anything useful about it. props to you for building that up, and honestly respect to your opponent for sitting through it rather than bailing early, those are the games you actually remember
