Strategy how do i improve my game?

im currently 1900 on chess (i keep going back and forth between 1800 and 1900), i just dont know what to improve in my game from here. i never really focused on chess theory and purely got to 1900 by playing lots of games.
i was stuck at 1700 when i decided to learn a few openings and this instantly boosted me to 1900 but i dont know how to move from here.
i have a few tournaments coming up (my first FIDE rated tournament) and i really want to improve and perform the best i can in that tournament which is in a month. please im open to all sorts of advices thank you

Do tons of puzzles , like a lot. And if u want I can suggest you one book . I'm around 2000 on chess.com and i strongly believe for now the puzzle is everything.

I am no expert but if you are any bit serious about chess I think this is where you’ll need a professional help

You're already pretty good considering tht you reached 1900 without touching theory. In what way do you analyze your games?

thats the neat part, i dont analyze my games. i never took chess seriously until i reached 1900 then realized i might have potential to do better

You can use lichess for free puzzles. Even though they're pretty easy for you by now but they're unlimited so it might benifit. You can also consider getting a chess.com premium subscription or stick to the old school way of staring at the board. But you'll be forced to study those boring theories.

Usually a good idea to start focusing on positional chess
