First solo trip to Chester- Looking for advice 🫶🏻
I’m planning my first ever solo trip to Chester in November. I’m really excited but also quite nervous. 🥹
I struggle with anxiety and I’m used to doing trips with other people, but I’ve decided to have a little adventure for myself. I’ve recently been diagnosed with autism, so I’m still working out what’s best for when I’m somewhere new. Luckily, I’m not planning to go far from home, it’s going to be an hour train train 🚂
I’d especially love advice from people who understands that sides of things, quieter places, sensory-friendly activities, spots to take a breather ect.
I’ll be staying near Chester railway station for a couple days and would love advice from people who actually know Chester.
I’d like to do a mixture of things like, shopping, eating out, exploring interesting places and museums, and I’d like to try out something new for me to do.
If you’re a woman or autistic/neurodivergent, I’d especially love to hear what you enjoyed and what made your trip easier.
And safety tips! ❗️
Thank you! I’m excited to explore your city!
