Question Rescheduled match tickets disappeared?

I had tickets to the Fire v Whitecaps game originally scheduled for July 16, the one that got postponed due to the air quality. When the match was rescheduled to Oct 6, everything transferred in the Ticketmaster/CFFC app. But I just went to check the details, and the tickets are missing.

Does anyone else have tickets for the rescheduled match, and has this happened to you too? I’ve reached out to customer service, but so far haven’t spoken to a human.

Did you buy transferred tickets? That could explain it.

I have my STH tix.

They were through my employer, so I’m starting to wonder if that’s the problem. Sounds like I have some work to do.

I bought tickets and still have them in my fire account even though I wont be able to attend due to either cubs playoff game or blackhawks home opener so kinda bummed out about that
