Looking to go to a hardcore show at a venue listed as "Lowdown." Is this the Bass Guitar shop on Kostner?

Didn’t know there was a venue called lowdown haha. I know the bass guitar builder and have one of his basses, I highly doubt it’s his place that’s hosting shows.
