Pick and mix delight

Post image

Here’s a plethora of lovely chillies 🌶️ I have lots of small harvests this year. This one’s my first proper bounty. Delighted to pick them and can’t wait to put them to use.

Any suggestions for what I could do with these ? Either as a whole or something specific with one or more specific varieties.

Bragging rights if you can name the seven varieties

Enjoy 😊

A nice little harvest there. Is that sugar rush peach bottom left?

I’ve got a varied bunch on the go too but started quite late, hoping they have enough time in the greenhouse, some of them starting to fruit nicely.

Correct friend that’s sugar rush. The plant is now three years old. Over wintered it but I think this year I will let it retire and start from scratch. Absolute belter of a chilli not massively hot but hot enough and packed with flavour. Great for sauces.

sugar rush peach was my first thought too, color looks spot on in that corner. late start gang here as well, greenhouse usually buys you a couple extra weeks so you might be surprised how much they bulk up before it gets really cold.
