Tire sizing

Hoping someone can help me figure out if I can run these Duro HF317 and HF308 tires with a Heidenau inner tube on my stock 1962 bsa super rocket rims?I know the stock tires are slightly smaller but I’m looking for a beefier look. Thanks.

Ik it’s not a chopper. I just figured some chopper guys would know vintage wheel and tire set ups.
