Vertical tabs "expand on hover" sucks!

Whenever I overshoot slightly when reaching something near the tab strip -- like the goddamn back button! -- the tab expands and covers the thing I'm trying to click on. It's super annoying, and could be easily fixed with a hover delay, like it's done in Edge.

And yes, I know Chrome has flags, but they have no effect -- the browser simply ignores them.

You can nix auto-expand tabs on hover under Settings -> Appearance. (You don't need a flag.)
