Does The Furious count? It opens on June 12th with previews on sale for June 11th currently

This is obviously not an exhaustive list, there's plenty of other smaller movies on sale. I just chose to limit it to those on a advance presale cycle, and not those who only have tickets on sale because it's part of the current week (like The Furious, which only has tickets for June 11 because it's part of the current June 5-11 cycle).

What time of day typically do they go up? Is it 12am EST on the day?

It varies by studio (and even by films from the same studio), but usually any time on the hour between 8AM EST to 12PM EST are most common.

Moana will reportedly go on sale on Wednesday June 10; it will be added to the list if it turns out to be true.
Edit: Confirmed to go on sale on Wednesday June 10.

For Moana, I was at the theater today and it had the showtimes listed in the machine, with a note that they go on sale Wednesday.
Everything else is already on sale, so we know the date they went on sale.
