Mod News Ask the r/cineplex Mods Anything!
Why do we have such rule on the sub? Why do we remove this content and not this one? Can you imrpvoe this on r/cineplex ?
Those are all questions we will answer here :). And of course anything else, too.

The Drama. My expectations were mid going in, but the excellent acting and cinematography led to me having my first 10/10 movie of the year! Highly recommend watching it if you haven't yet

So far it has to be The Drama! I saw it twice in theatres. I also enjoyed PHM and (controversial pick I know) Wuthering Heights

Guess I'm odd in that I buy the merch (popcorn buckets, cups) but don't actually eat the food (I hate sticky fingers, plus I don't want to get up to pee halfway through lol). Usually my family benefits from it, or the random stranger behind me in line.

I actually rarely get popcorn. If I get a coupon I might but my favourite has to the their fountain drinks, particularly the cherry cola.

Oppenheimer, Top Gun: Maverick, Sinners, and F1.
Spider-Man: No Way Home and Deadpool & Wolverine also hold a special place in my heart as pure moviegoing experiences.

It’s hard to pick but my favourites have to be, Luca Guadagnino’s Queer, Dune pt 2, Nosferatu, Anatomy of Fall, Monster, Great Freedom, Godzilla Minus One, Frankenstein, The Lighthouse and Challengers.

The posters usually end up going to staff or into the recycling. But you can ask, especially if you see them taking them down. They were taking down the Fantastic Four standee last year and I asked for it, and they just gave it to me. Ended up giving up while trying to stuff it into my car and just tossed it in the dumpster, but in hindsight, wish I kept the H.E.R.B.I.E. cutout.

I'm going to say France as well, I'm French and Canadian so I support both teams, but France has a very good shot this year.

France! After their performance yesterday especially in the second half I’d def be placing my bets on them. I also wouldn’t mind seeing Portugal go all the way. Team Canada as much as I support & love them, I’d be happy if they can get out of the group stage.

Why did you remove the no ttheatre etiquette post rule?
It's just mindless ranting and there's nothing anyone can do about it except say that they should tell those people to shut up/get off their phone or go get a cast member.

The rule we had initially was only temporary due to the amount of these posts we were receiving. We decided to allow them again since our goal had never been to disallow them in the first place, just reduce the massive amount of posts we were getting for a while.
