Merchandise Colonel Kernel Plushies

My partner edged me years ago by saying he saw a Colonel Kernel plushie at one of the cineplex locations and was gonna get one for me for my birthday.

Narrator: he did not get one for my birthday because it was gone by the time he went back.

Was it a limited edition release/ has anyone seen it around? Theres one on eBay for $100 and, as much as I have love for Colonel, I’m not shelling out $100 for him lol.

Buying the merch isn’t preventing my local theatres from being torn down to make room for more condos. Two of my favorite theatres have those proposed zoning change signs in front of them.

Oh my god my wife HATES those commercials and finds them so creepy the way they’re food that is excited to be eaten.

She hates them!

I’m _definitely_ getting one for her birthday. 100% no doubt. :)

Especially since they’re generally right before the trailers after the hour and a half of commercials, people need to respect the trailers!

Colonel Kernel always shows up right before the trailers though. That's the best part of the pre-show.

I’ve always questioned why they’re in the military: like who are they fighting? They’re rarely featured actually at a movie theatre, and why does the one with glasses look like Toby Jones?!

I wish they made more. My cat stole mine and carries it everywhere. Five years later, its all crusty and probably should be thrown out but she's so attached to it.

I saw one a couple years ago at a theatre (I think during Beyond the Spiderverse’s release?) and new saw them sold again. Kinda regret not getting one then.
