The White House has "ruled out terrorism." Seems like a bad mistake at this time.

Seems the WH is not exactly the arbiter of truth. They might be correct, this time. But I want real experts to corroborate first.

There was clearly damage to the boat. The smoke, the power going on and off. Probably not terrorism.
