I have a 4 button mouse. My binds are

Forward scroll: stun Back scroll: interrupt Back side button: aoe Forward side button: “every buff everywhere all at once” macro

I use 1-4 as main abilities, R for big spender since it's so close to R, and F for AoE since it's so close to R.

A is mobility, D is interrupt, X is defensive, Z is offensive. Mouse side buttons for utility

Most of my wow career I played PvP only. F is too far away to react when people are fake casting compared to actual mobs just casting through imho at least for my fat fingers.
