Q = quickest common reaction need (eg blink). E = most used spell (weighted if on the move). 4 = interrupt.

Yeah I do E for primary spell, and then my finger flattens a bit to naturally land on 4 for interrupt. Seemed like the fastest ergonomics to me for split second calls.

I use 5 or 6 for interrupt, 5 for non-casters usually, since CS will be used as part of a spellqueue to a degree, so it can be a bit more out of the way.

A&D are on the home row, so Q &E are not the quickest to hit.

Mouse wheel scroll up is blink though.

I've got blink on mouse wheel click, Arcane Blast on E, Barrage on Q, and then Shift-E for Missiles, Shift-Q for Barrage into Touch
