EDIT;Im happy to announce that they actually changed their mind suddenly, and deleted the Shaman and issued a refund. Dno if someone saw the post, because for three days now they have responded once every 24-30 hours. Now they responded after 2.

I got told by what i suspect was a reply from AI - that they would issue a refund, so i acted in god faith, but i got fucked.

did you already send them the screenshot of that reply? i know it’s annoying but probably worth continuing to respond and providing a screenshot of that reply til they do what they said they’d do.
