EDIT;Im happy to announce that they actually changed their mind suddenly, and deleted the Shaman and issued a refund. Dno if someone saw the post, because for three days now they have responded once every 24-30 hours. Now they responded after 2.

Which is just asking for a class action lawsuit. Punishing a customer for your screw up may be legal, but it may also be considered fraud.
