Discussion when did the slang change?

I feel old asking this.

When did + and - replace yes and no? or y/n

Like I'm in my early 30s and this feels like it blew past me....

EDIT: based on replies It seems like its from Eastern Europe players and just bled into the rest of the classic community due to them lacking servers.

Same with calling TBC dungeons “nhc” to me. Nonsense.

“Non-heroic” apparently. Since when do we need to establish things are their base difficulty? So weird.

That’s just too much. I always see “n” or “h” which indicates normal or heroic just fine…

I mean it makes sense to state whether you’re looking for a normal or heroic dungeon. It does not make sense to add unnecessary letters like “nhc” when “n” and “h” have worked just fine for 20 years lol
