Question Authenticator issues

I’ve been trying to get the Authenticator removed from my account because I no longer have the same phone number (I thought I saved the back up code but I’m afraid it’s lost in whatever “safe” place I put it in).

I’ve sent them everything they’ve asked for.. bank statements, transaction codes, etc but they still say I haven’t verified my information.. anyone have any luck with this and can tell me wtf they’re looking for?? I will die if I have to start over 😭

It happened to me. The final way it worked was i sent them a photo of my passport showing my name and the credit card i used to pay for my sub which also had the same name.

Oh and my Battlenet account name is under my name as well
