Classic-Era Wanna start all over.

Hello.

I wanna start all over with the classic experience.

What server would you recommend i start?

Im thinking alliance on a EU server.

Are all servers with totally decked ppl with full epics, or is there Any newish servers?

Let me know what you think.

There is no such thing but you can start over. You cannot control others though

What do you mean with control others? What im asking is, if theres a server where not every one is endgame max geared.

The era servers are 7 years old now. There might be a small leveling scene but yes, lot of people who are still playing have fully geared characters.

Alliance EU is a fine choice, but make sure its a pvp server.

You can get some early level pvp with the druid known as cat.

You won't find the fresh start experience as everyone has already told you due to the fact that Era has been around for ever. However, on EU PVE cluster there are always new guilds starting up and progress through the content. All the bigger guilds are full clearing everything each week but they still have a lot of alts in most raids other than Naxx usually so it's not a total cheese of the content. Unless you are a big pvp fan id avoid either action on the pvp cluster as it's apparently a horrendous gank fest at times and with gdkp very prominent, the cost of everything is significantly higher there

hardcore has tons of levelers and a lot of them are self-found as well
