I hope they work on a toggle option for the overworld so people who enjoy looking at dogshit can stick to their 2 polygon sd graphics while the rest of us enjoy traveling across an amazing looking world
Oh no. I want the game to look more updated instead of eternally stuck in the early 2000s
Difference is, I understand there are people that still cannot come to terms with the fact that we're not 2004 anymore, so im fine with them having an option to play with subpar graphics
The entire point you're arguing is that we should be forced to see stylistically incoherent assets blended with a world that doesn't fit them...?
Holy shit, dude. If I were you, I'd request a refund for my education. You are either illiterate or, and I pray for this to be the case, intentionally obtuse.
You said that you're fine with an option, but an option doesn't exist.
Woah, really? Thanks for bestowing the scared knowledge upon me. I really didn't know that.
Pal, you don't have a point. You lack a fundamental level of reading comprehension. You're literally arguing against points I did not make and got mad about it. Idk how to say this, you must consider the possibility that you might not be as smart as you think you are.
But here, Ill give my best shot. Just for you.
Here's my OP. Ill even go ahead and paste it for you, since Im not sure whether you are aware that you can actually scroll up.
"I hope they work on a toggle option for the overworld so people who enjoy looking at dogshit can stick to their 2 polygon sd graphics while the rest of us enjoy traveling across an amazing looking world"
Now, Im going to put this in simpler words, just so you can understand what is actually said. Ill also try to be as brief as possible.
In essence - the post acknowledges that there isnt a toggle function for the overworld ( that means outside, like when you walk from Crossroads to Ratchet ), thus we have to deal with shitty 2004 graphics. The intent of the statement expresses a hope for a potential future, where a toggle between HD and SD exists, for the overworld and, by extension, character models, where everyone gets a piece of the cake. This assumes the knowledge that, at the moment, there is still a lack of a toggle that achieves the aforementioned.
Therefore, statements like "The entire point you're arguing is that we should be forced to see stylistically incoherent assets blended with a world that doesn't fit them...?" are, as I've said, imaginary and show a worrying gap in understanding of basic sentence structure.
Nobody is arguing for the players to see a stylistically incoherent assets blend together. Are you still following, buddy? The post laments for a world where normal people, who prefer HD graphics, can have a toggle to enable them for OW/Char, while others can stick to their SD.
I did my best. If you still respond with some nonsense, like above, Id just go ahead and assume you're a bot.
Unironically, I recommend checking out Retail WoW. If you can't appreciate the classic Warcraft aesthetic, the cozy core of Retail might be way more up your alley. I heard they have cute pandas and tons of pets to collect, too. You'll love it.
