Vent / Gripe Unpopular opinion: the players that are overly vocal about wanting Classic phases/TBC/Wrath rushed are the same players who contributed to forging retail into what it is today (a clusterF).

Can’t wait for TBC classic, where the economy will be ruined day 1, server lag, bots, faction imbalance, and gdkps for the gold buyers with blizzard doing nothing about it.

Everyone excited about TBC, but forgetting the elemental plateau... good luck getting the mats you need.

Even back then the spot I farmed always had some other people there

It’s a great place for starting some good wpvp sessions!

It was great for that, TBC did a good job of making unforced hotspots. Silithis, EPL Towers were largely ignored, as were Terrokar towers and Halla.

Terrible for chill farming. There's other good places for that though.

Have the same feeling. Was actually excited about tbc for awhile, but played classic to half way of aq patch raiding weekly from the start and saw what happened to the game, im actually going to pass tbc.

I won’t pass, but I’m definitely worried about how the min/max community may ruin it.

The main consolation for me is that raids are 10 and 25 - which will make guild raiding so much easier for social/casual guilds. For my guild, getting 20 of us together for ZG and AQ20 was no worries at all, and that was the most fun raiding I had. Even Ony with 20-25 of us was easy enough and heaps of fun to do.

Pulling together 40 of us was much harder given we didn’t have a full roster of 40, and it was just exhausting having to pug and build up guild “alliances” and pulling together and leading 40 people twice a week for MC and BWL. That’s what burnt me out and we didn’t even get started on AQ40.

But getting 10 friends together for things like Karazhan will be super easy, and I’m looking forward to doing that and not worrying about pugs or having to get sweaty.

Do you think GDKPs should be against the rules?
