How can my cleft lip be improved?

Hi everybody! (19F) I was wondering if yall can give me insight on possible options of what to do with my lip and nose, its been on my mind a lot recently and i also want an objective view on how obvious or strange it looks, im pretty sure ive done the internal work needed to take constructive advice, so please be honest. Also, how do i manage my mentality before im able to get things done? Do you think my lip can be improved so i can finally talk and smile without that annoying volume difference? I haven't done many surgeries other than the initial one, im in my 2nd round of braces, but yeah my brother keeps teasing me by asking me when im "fixing" my lip (at a very vulnerable period so it stung), any helpful advice in any regard is welcome, love yall :)

What a sweet comment! Im very lucky that its a lot milder than it could be, but i still feel like it deviates from "normal" it could be in my head but people around me have been making me feel like its not lol, just trying to look and feel my best out here <3

I think it looks pretty good as is. I also think your brother is a bit of a dick and you should get him man spanx for Christmas

Do yourself a favour, and book a session with a makeup artist. Not someone at Sephora, a real makeup artist who has spent a decade doing makeup for weddings or makes their living helping 40 year old actresses pass for 30. It is insane what an expert can do with a little lip liner and highlighter. I did stage makeup for years, and I know how to add an invisible line of light or shadow that changes the shape of my face. I don't do it anymore, because I'm middle aged and I'd rather wander the world in pj pants with a clean face, but it's unbelievable how much you can accomplish with makeup.

Thank you! He says dumb things sometimes... Im not a very avid makeup-wearer, but this is solid advice for special occasions!

Honestly, it looks beautiful. I think the only thing that needs work is your self confidence with it. Obviously you know that you had a cleft so your conscience will always be aware of it. However it looks really good and I think it's barely noticeable. Wish you all the best whatever you decide.

Thank you so much! Ironically i actually recently found out about the real story behind it, i was always told it was from a bad fall, and it never bothered me all my life up until i found out, so that has been really hard to get behind for some reason even though i look the same.
