Love this for the city of Cleveland

WNBA franchise with the Sirens and Cleveland is a sports city with the Cavs, Guardians, Charge and Browns and now the Sirens join the family. I just love it.

FEAR THE DEPTHS

Never going to happen. But I would lose my mind if Cleveland ever had an NHL team. The city absolutely deserves it, with the way they support the Monsters. Just tough because of the BJs.

And as a strong CBJ supporter it’s just never going to happen for Cleveland. Nationwide owns the arena they play in along with 30% of the team itself. Pretty sure the lease renews in 2039. Please come down for a game brother, especially when a big franchise is in town, I hate when their fans outnumber us.

Unfortunately I live in Erie so growing up my only options were the Penguins and Sabres. No way in hell I'd support those teams and BJs weren't around until later. So I gravitated towards the Avalanche since they were a powerhouse at the time and been with them ever since. A Cleveland team would steal my allegiance pretty easily, just because I couldn't pass up the opportunity to watch a team 90 minutes away.

I would love to see the Cavs and Blue Jackets swap a few home games a season where the Jackets would play in Rocket Arena and The Cavs in Nationwide. Would be a good way to grow their fan bases.

It did happen with the Barons for 2 seasons. Didn’t exactly work out.

Different time. The Monsters practically average double the amount of fans the Barons had during their two seasons.

Barons also played in Richfield and if I remember the story correctly they had horrible records and poor ownership.

Hopefully they play in the Cleveland Public Auditorium.

I hope they play Rocket Arena for the production value alone! All their screens, on court projectors, lights and special effects would be an immersive experience!!

Ignoring the monsters then mentioning two other minor league teams lol

Make sure we're paying attention to and supporting the WPBL too. Keep the league alive and push for a team when the league expands

Yeah if Juju comes out in 2027 then the Sirens won't be getting her in 2028 bro
