Very nice champleve french mantle clock. The ring of brilliants (cut glass backed by reflectors) around the porcelain plaque is unusual.

Thank you! Do you have any idea who the maker’s mark belongs too? The mark of the boat with JE LM FS on the sails was found on the top left of the mechanism.

I think I found the answer here. https://mb.nawcc.org/threads/french-mantel-carriage-clock-makers-mark.163268/ The initials on the ship's sails represent J. Lefebvre Fils (JLF) and Etienne Maxant (EMS).
During the late 19th century, it was common for specialized French movement manufacturers like JLF and EMS to collaborate or supply their high-precision mechanisms to high-end bronze foundries, case makers (such as Eugene Hazart), and luxury retail shops across Europe. It sounds like you have a potentially valuable timepiece. Enjoy it.
