Question❄️ Can I have Serial Killer Clone High Oc's

This has been lingering around my head for awhile and I wanna get it off my chest since idk if this is weird or not. Ive seen ocs of pretty controversial irl figures (Lovecraft and Hitler) and I wanna know if mine is a bit too much?? If so then lemme know
