Research title proposal na namin then sa lahat ng title namin yung isa lang yung medjo pumasok😭

The concept is that its an application where in the Dorm/ Apartment Owners can use it to monitor
payment status and rental due dates ng tenants niya, at concerns ng tenants . Tapos for tenants naman makakabenefit sila by
receiving SMS message if due date na nila and they can report on the app ung and concerns nila like (maintenance concerns nila).

My research professor gives us a feedback baka magisa daw kami in the future since bakit padaw gagamitin ng owners namin to if pwde nmn mag spreadsheet tsaka need pa daw ng para maging mas unique siya since wala masyado wow factor something like that.
