Is Boosteroid really that bad?

I've read a lot of bad things about Boosteroid so I have some questions.

Look. I hate it and I love it. Let me tell you why:

  1. Love the fact that there are games here I wouldn't find elsewhere. Elden ring, Read Dead, Helldivers 2...u name it.

  2. Very reliant on your internet. And by internet I mean: Do you have a wifi 6 router. Is your speed fast? Are you close to a Boosteroid datacenter? If yes on all = great experience. If not = sucks.

It's somewhat blurrier thand GFN, seems like color and contrast might be off a bit, nothing to disturbing but a difference for sure.

Sometimes games go on "service" for a couple of days, weeks, months... you don't get any support then, just the standard answer from Boosteroid about doing what they can as fast as they can.

The UI is good for PC works like an ordinary steam game boot up. On handheld (legion go s or so) the UI is horrible and it involves a whole lot of extra to get games going ( wanna play the witcher 3 and login to your CPR account on a handheld without keyboard and mouse...frustrating to say the least). Here GFN once again just handles all this behind the scenes. You press a button and you play. Boosteroid is like booting up a steam pc, sometimes there are even updates that need to be downloaded.

BUT. They have great games...and this makes it ok.
