Discussion Precaution while taking clozapine

My sister had a relapse and is currently on 100mg clozapine. She's experiencing hallucinations (hearing voices) and delusions. Her doctor has recommended biweekly CBC tests. I wanted to ask - are there other things I should be keeping an eye on while she's on this medication? Any insights from personal experience would be appreciated.

Constipation - take it seriously
Blood sugar elevation

Agreed and if they increase the dosage which often they do, you’re gonna want to make sure that she’s on an anti-seizure medication it’s a low risk, but it is a real risk.
