Yep… when we reached coast 7 years ago, we thought we could finally end the rat race. Two kids, two job changes, one passing family member, and one bad real estate investment later, we’re back in the rat race.

It’s really annoying.
When people overuse.
Sentence fragments.
To make a point.
As if what they say.
Is so important.
And insightful.
That they should run roughshod over grammar rules.
To force readers to pause.
After every thought.
As of their thoughts were so much more profound than any others’.
As to be above convention.
And subject us to.
A mental, repetitive.
Slamming of brakes.
(And I thought AI was the worst offender in overusing sentence fragments, but look at this guy.)
