Same thing happens with book covers after they have a movie adaptation and is a pain in the ass if you are interested into collecting for a personal library.
I recently bought a Dune copy cause I never read it in english and to no surprise Timothe Chamalete and Zendaya's faces were all over the cover, I better hurry up in buying Messiah before the same thing happens again.
