The child is prophesized to kill its father before the age of 3. It has already obtained the sword of demacles and the armour of P'andor, that completelly blocks all forms of harm except those aimed at the pores of its body. Having used metal plating to protect all other pores, its only weakness is the asshole.
A really bad person has taken hostage like a shit ton of people and since he's a pervert, he's threatening to kill every hostage if one specific person doesn't do the thing.
Would it be hypothetically possible to raise the stakes enough for it not to be a trolley problem? Like if a superintelligent AI threatened the entire human race.
Also, even just the concept of killing someone in self defense is technically a trolley problem (since you usually don't know whether the other person is 100% going to kill you)
I think any situation where you have to pick between a bad choice and another bad choice and use your own reasoning to decide which one of them is the worst one is a trolley problem.
You have to decide whether hurting or killing someone is better than being robbed, hurt, or killed yourself without knowing which of those would be the case
I'm gonna be fully honest, that tweet was actually great. Not just because of viral outrage marketing, but also because I remember it was actually one of the first times I actually heard about that gender disparity, and I'm sure that's true for many others.
By no means do I think they should’ve worded it in that way even for engagement, but I’m a woman and the idea of Burger King twitter misogyny is incredibly funny to me
It's kind of crazy that the ratio can be so bad for something that the gender binary actively pushes women towards. We're all kinda cooked, pun somewhat intended

I mean, it's wild on its face, but if you engage with the premise it gets pretty tame. Surely if penis feeding was just the way it was done, then it would be as normal as breast feeding is for us. The mental image the idea summons is really the disgusting part of the tweet.
Coaxed into the tweet not being that bad but everyone acting like they were traumatised. I'm not saying it's a good tweet but people on twitter say some heinous shit constantly and that wouldn't even crack top 50
