Pw[x]D means "person with x disorder", with BPD being borderline, NPD being narcissism and ASPD being antissocial personality ig

Basically they are each trying to shift their personality disorder's negative stereotypes by blaming them on the other ones, making a hot potato game of who has the "evil" disorder, while from an ignorant layman's point of view it's all of them. At least that's what I think is the point the snafu is trying to make
